On the southern side of Benoa
Harbour, the peninsula of Tanjung Benoa extends north from
the resort of Nusa Dua.
Benoa
is one of Bali's multi-denominational corners, with an interesting
Chinese temple, a mosque and a Hindu temple within 100 metres
of each other.
The village of Benoa has become very safe, clean and affluent
in the recent years and the area is something of an activities
centre for Nusa
Dua.
If you want to go windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving
or indulge in various other
water sports, there are quite a few water sport centres
along the beach.
Most of the hotels, resorts and guesthouses are near the
beautiful and peaceful beachfront on the eastern side of
the peninsula..
